We need to remain fit. The most marvelous thing about humans is that we are all different from each other. Everyone is unique in so many ways at the physical level, mental level, emotional level, and spiritual level. So it is important to find out about ourselves and how to stay fit and healthy. Good health is one of the priorities of our life because it is our Sw dharma our duty towards ourselves. If we are fit and healthy, we do not face the miseries of sickness and pain. Maharshi Patanjali advises Hayam Decavanadate. This sutra comes in the second chapter of Patanjali's Yoga sutra. It is number 16.

Pain that is yet to come could be avoided. The important point which is mentioned here is that we should live in the present so that we can avoid any suffering that may come to us. Now you may ask how can I live like this? You have so many choices every day about how you should live. While doing so, you should be mindful of your age, your limitations, and your behavior with others. We'll give you seven tips. Here I would like to highlight seven ways that you may choose to stay fit, healthy, and contented.

One if you are a normal healthy person once a month, observe fruit day and eat only fruit to give rest to your digestive system and improve your metabolism depending on the season. There are varieties of um fruits available. Fruits are easily digestible and generate energy and alertness. Second, water is the most important element because your body also is made up of around 60% of water. Experts always advise you to drink sufficient water every day. Now, if you want to make this habit more interesting twice a day, drink warm water with a pinch of salt and lemon.

This will detox your system naturally at regular intervals. Third, to be fit and healthy, we have to be active and use our muscular and skeletal systems. Once a day, practice yoga asana which stretches your spine in six different ways upward, sideward bending, forward and backward bending, twisting, and inwards. These asanas strengthen the muscles of your spine and improve your posture. Fourth, breathe twice a day. Sit or stand with your shoulders relaxed and then inhale for three counts and exhale for three counts. Practice four rounds of this breathing rhythm.

This kind of breathing is called equal breathing and it has the power to dramatically change your emotional state by inducing calmness within seconds. Fifth, take a break from the constant chatter of your mind for ten minutes every day by sitting comfortably in a quiet place, preferably in open nature. Close your eyes, make your spine straight, relax your shoulders, and passively observe your breathing. Just observe without exaggerating your breathing pattern.

You will experience that gradually and gradually your uh, breathing will become rhythmic and your mind relax. Six in your daily schedule, make it a point to give ten minutes every day. Attend to the potted plants, and decorate your windows. Try some new recipes. This will rejuvenate your whole being, and you will find more creative ways to express yourself. 7th. Once a week, involve yourself in some selfless voluntary activities like helping the elderly, cooking food for someone who is sick, or teaching underprivileged children.

If you look around, you will find plenty of such opportunities. This will help you to develop empathy for other people and definitely make you a better person. Follow these seven ways and discover a better and fitter version of yourself. You will see that the time that you devote to these activities will enrich you in many ways. the importance of fitness

Exercise is one of the most critical things that we can do to have a healthy lifestyle. And, uh, luckily, there are all kinds that we can choose from. There's aerobic exercise, jogging, uh, brisk walking, jazzer size classes, that type of thing. Uh, we've got weight resistance, uh, we've got stretching. So there are a lot of things that you can choose from to have exercise be part of your daily life. But the most important thing about exercise is regularity . And if you wish to be regular with your exercise, which is where the efficacy comes in, then I'd suggest to you two things. The first is to keep a record of what your exercise is. Just take your calendar and block out when you want to exercise. On my calendar, it says, Appointment with Mr. Nike. That's how I know that that's the time that I'm going to exercise.  And then when I do exercise, I record it on that calendar. Because when we try to keep it in our heads, we give ourselves way too much credit

How to improve your heart and lung functioning with these simple exercises ?

We are Noble Heart Hospital and today we are going to tell you what are the important cardiovascular exercises for the proper functioning of the heart and lungs, which everybody should do every day. The heart and lungs work together to make sure the body has the oxygen rich blood it needs to function properly.  That's why it becomes very important for us to take care of these vital organs. If you are a beginner, the most basic exercise will be walking. Walking should be an important part of your life because it not only increases your stamina, but also helps you in losing fat. If you are already good at walking or jogging, then you must elevate your potential by running on the stairs, doing rope.  Skipping every day for five minutes will also improve your heart and lung functioning. And now is the final exercise. We will suggest you to do burpees every day. This exercise includes a small jump which is followed by a pushup.  And it is one of the best exercises to improve your heart

Exercise, Stress, and the Brain

Exercise is interesting in terms of its effects on the brain because it works in about four or five different ways. Uh, one of the most obvious ways is blood flow. And so if you, uh, get your heart working, your brain's going to be filled with oxygen-rich blood and nutrients. So that's the main way that we thought it would help. The other way that's sort of interesting, uh, is it's been thought that exercise produces, uh, new neurons.  And so exercise induces the production of growth factors, one called BDNF, and it actually stimulates the production of new brain cells. Now, when I was in school 20 years ago, we were told, you can't get any new brain cells. So when you're born, that's your lot. You're not going to make any more. But more recently, we found that exercise, uh, is a really good way of stimulating brain cell production. And some of these are functional.  And so, um, just this notion that something that you can do can generate new brain cell
